Disgusting! Cold, burnt food, half frozen on the other! Just nasty, wouldnt waste my money ever again!
Iove this place and the pies.. I would come from any state to enjoy them. I have!!
Great service food. We both had the smothered burrito with chicken and jack cheese smothered in green Chile. Absolutely delicious! And the custard? Excellent! Would definitely recommend.
My order is pictured, the Blue Something Enchilada, it has just the right amount of kick, the ratio of beans to rice to enchilada to sauce is balanced perfectly, i ordered it to go, took one bite in the parking lot, and before I knew it, I finished the entire order before driving off in the sunset with a full belly and a smile on my face. My only complaint is I don’t live anywhere near this amazing restaurant.
Food here was good, but smaller portion sizes than I was thinking. Love the interior design. Unfortunately, both of us got food poisoning from the fries. We were sick for 2 days. :(
Wait staff very friendly. Food was VERY good! Especially the Natillis custard that came with our meal choices. Hubby had steak fajitas and I had blue corn enchiladas with green sauce on the side and side of guacamole.
🔥This place is not afraid to bring the heat! I had the Flautas and husband had the Chilli Verde, both were excellent!!!
This is a gem. The food is so delicious, so many flavors which blend so well together. The family-friendly atmosphere is really refreshing. They have 5 different levels of spicy!! Stop by this great restaurant.
Had a great lunch here; good food and friendly service. Green chile stew was so good.
Best place in town to eat and the service is the best thumbs up to the comic crew
In a sleepy little town off of route 66, this place has amazing food! If I ever make it back out that way, I know that I'm going to stop in here. The wait staff was friendly, The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious! The original restaurant is on the same property and really gives you a glimpse into the past.
Food luck as decent but not the best. Prices reasonable
Pleasantly surprised by the improvements over the years. I haven't eaten here in about 10 years. Menu is much improved and so is the food. Best place in town!
Enjoyed the food..friendly staff..the tamales were a bit dry but overall..nice place
No indoor dining, but they do allow you inside to look at a menu. They were very nice and helpful! Food was amazing! I ordered something spicy, and it actually was spicy. Where I come from, no one knows what spice is. This place is awesome! I highly reccomend!
I expected better based on the reviews. Maybe it was an off night? The staff was friendly but our meals, while they looked good, it's not what my taste buds were hoping for. The rice and beans lacked flavor. I didn't get the sense there was any love in the food at all. The soft taco was the only thing I found to be truly tasty. And their salsa tasted really sweet, like sugar was added. The best Mexican food still by far, is in Tucson, AZ. Go to Mariscos Chihuahua and you'll never be the same.
The green chile stew was good, nice and spicy! The Surf & Turf was good but fries were cold. Over all dinner was good but under-staffed with regards to wait, one waitress, running her backside off.
Chips & salsa, sopapila (SP), entree, & a desert & a very reasonable price. Visited multiple times, never disappointed. Delicious.
This place has great food! Fast friendly service, and the place was very very clean! It has a small-town mom-and-pop feel to it. We travel through here pretty often and have had the worst food we ever tasted in this same town! This place was great I will always stop there when we drive through. A must for Route 66 lovers!
Authentic New Mexican food. The green chili is nice and spicy.
This was the most inedible chimichanga I have ever had put in my mouth in my life. The food was lukewarm at best, despite it being brought out to us as soon as it was done. The chimichanga was over fried and hard as a rock. The "steak" in it tasted freezer burnt. The cheese was not even on the chimichanga and was melted to the bottom of the tin foil pan. The rice was gross. The beans were semi-edible but still were not good. The chips were stale. Take my advise and find somewhere else to eat. Even McDonald's would have been a better choice.
Good was very good. Very authentic to the region. Fast service. Nice waitress. Would stop again for sure.
Great Mexican food. The waitress was very patient and helped my wife order something that wasn't too hot. My Mexican Dinner was fantastic. The desert that came with it was delicious.
Food here is absolutely authentic and exceptionally delicious. Everything is made from scratch! I highly recommend "The half breed" it's a large portion, of steak, beans lettuce, enchilada, green sauce, and potatoes. The prices are good, the portions are great, the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Every facility dining area kitchen, bathroom was clean. If you like AUTHENTIC Mexican, you will love this place.
